Delivery & Returns

Depending on the weight of your order Car Audio Point makes use of 3 delivery methods. When a courier is used we will provide you with a tracking number upon dispatch of your order.

1: Royal Mail - used when an order is under 1kg in weight delivery time is estimated 1 - 5 working days.

2: DPD - used when an order is above 1kg, orders that are placed before 2pm will normally arrive the following working day.

3: DHL - used when an order is overseas up to 3kg delivery time is estimated between 1 - 3 working days

Delivery Prices

Order value = £0 - £10 - delivery charge = £2.49 (Royal Mail)

Order value = £11 - £50 - delivery charge = £4.99 (Royal Mail - DPD)

Order value = £51 - £100 - delivery charge = £6.99 (DPD - DHL)

Order value = £101 + = Free Delivery (DPD - DHL)

Overseas Orders - delivery charge = £29.99 (DPD - DHL)

Delivery Tracking

After your order has been placed and dispatched you will receive a tracking number to track the progress of your order. Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that  the email has not been directed to a spam/junk folder.

All delivery times based on business days (Mon-Fri) unless otherwise stated.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery the courier will leave a calling card with details of how to re-arrange your delivery. If your delivery has gone past its due date then please email us.

Payment Methods

We accept payments made through a credit or debit card, bank or PayPal. You do not have to sign up for a PayPal account and can simply make the payment through PayPal using all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card and Maestro. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.


Return Policy

14 day return policy: You can return unwanted goods for a full refund or an exchange, providing they are returned in the same condition they were received in. You are liable for all carriage costs. We reserve the right to refuse goods if they are not in a resalable condition when returned, such as installation marks or user abuse.

Manufacturer's warranty: Beyond this 14 day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically one year. We will arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced. If goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order, an inspection fee and the cost of carriage will be applied before the goods can be released.


Our returns centre is unable to accept returns made in person. All returns have to be posted in and will be returned back to our customers via the postal service.
